Accountability
Accountability
Trust in travel is not a badge. It is knowing who is responsible for what, before anything goes wrong.

The card
The Accountability Card
Created when you award a trip, and visible for its whole life. It separates roles that are usually collapsed into one reassuring word.
- Designed by
- The person who interpreted your request and built the journey.
- Hosted or supported by
- The named person available to you during the trip, in person or remotely.
- Bookings handled by
- The party responsible for arranging and servicing what is booked.
- Paid to
- The party that receives your payment and issues your receipt.
- Emergency contact
- Who to reach when something is urgent. And who covers if they are unreachable.
The contract
A versioned trip contract
The award creates a written record of scope, roles, price and terms. Material changes create a new version that you accept, nothing changes underneath you silently.
Boundaries
What we do not claim
We are direct about the boundaries of what this platform does. Payment handling, the responsibilities of the party arranging your bookings, cancellation terms and any protection product are governed by the specific terms shown to you before you commit. Not by a general promise on a marketing page.
